How I wish I could have gone to the Sahara Desert with you! Just finished reading "The Eight" and it was so descriptive of the Sahara and Algiers that I am Googling all the photography of the region. Would love nothing more than to be a world traveler and witness all the beauty of the world provided by the landscape. Perhaps in my next life...Until then, I will enjoy the photos taken by others (much as I would love to take photos of my own). Merci beaucoups for letting me share your experience through your photographs.

Your pictures are ridiculously good regardless of the lens and equipment you have used. Colors, composition and contrast very nice to look at...pictures really tell a story. I don't usually bother to write comments but your pictures just compelled me to do so. Keep up the good work. Lyndon

I will never look at my little Canon the same way again and might even feel some resentment that it doesn't give me the same masterpieces that your camera does but I'll keep trying anyway because I love your images and would like to emulate your work. The way you capture shadows and light has taught me to look for more and to see things differently. Vous avez l'une des plus magnifiques galeries qui soit sur PBASE. Vos photos sont vraiment hors de l'ordinaire. Mais là où j'ai beaucoup de difficulté, c'est que vous utilisez à profusion la langue anglaise sur votre site: «walking around de Seine» - «Paris in B, W.» Il m'a toujours semblé que Paris était le coeur de la langue française sur notre planète, LA Référence. Je suis du Québec, une enclave francophone dans toute l'Amérique, nord et sud, qui a conservé intacte la langue française depuis sa découverte par Jacques Cartier en 1534. Et nous l'avons conservée, cette langue, malgré une domination anglaise depuis 1789 alors que notre France cédait pour rien le Canada à l'Angleterre par le Traité de Paris. Je comprends, je vous prends un peu comme cible au nom de tous les citoyens français. Ma mère patrie me déçoit énormément.
